What the form collects
The alpha waitlist stores your email address, preferred platform, region, signup time, and agreement to receive testing emails. It also stores a private removal code so you can withdraw your registration.
How the information is used
The game team uses registrations to organize alpha testing and contact selected testers. Signing up does not guarantee access. Platform selections record interest and do not confirm release support.
Steam sign-in
Steam handles your login and sends this website your Steam ID. We store that ID, your account creation time, and a hashed session code. A secure, essential login cookie keeps you signed in for up to 30 days. Signing out removes that session. The site does not receive your Steam password or your email from Steam; the contact email you enter is not verified by Steam.
Private alpha access
If you are approved, the site stores your access status and a record of assigned builds. Your Steam account grants access to builds assigned by the owner. Shared download URLs do not grant access to a different account. Withdrawing your registration also removes download access.
Who can see your signup
Signup details are stored in the site’s hosted database and are not displayed publicly. The site owner can review them to organize testing. Hosting services process the data to run the website.
Withdraw your registration
Save the private removal link shown after your first successful signup. You can use it to remove your registration from the waitlist database. If you submit the same email again, the original removal link continues to apply.
Website operation
The form uses a hidden spam field and limits repeated attempts. A hashed network address and an hourly attempt count may be retained to enforce that limit. The website does not include advertising or optional analytics trackers.
